Acpi seems to work with battery and processor speed, but suspend tries to stop tasks and reports 1 task not stopped, and then goes back to the desktop. I am relatively new to Linux. I am using a USRobotics 11g wireless with driverloader which works great. I am not sure what is not allowing Acpi to stop.
