I try to upgrade my MDK 10.1 CE to 10.1 official , and I knew before I needed a DHCP on ethernet to do it ..... But this time I try directly with my ADSL modem , and miracle, when it comes to choose my mirrors with the MiniCD , it asks if I want to use my USB sagem modem , I check it but then , it complains it didn t find PERL , and other stuff , and it can t use the modem .... at least then led on the modem is on , on other installation it was never recognised before .... maybe because , it s the CD , and i used floppy before ... SO do you think it s possible to install using an adsl modem ??? mine has been use with a special installation from www.eagle-usb.org , so even if it s in the distribution , I m not sure it will be able to configure it on the fly ....
