imwithstupid Posted December 2, 2004 Report Share Posted December 2, 2004 (edited) I spent quite a bit of time looking for this online last night and only got a partial answer.... I want a program that takes the straggler mp3's i have that have not ID3 tag info, reads a digital signature of the file and looks up the file name. I know windows media player does this and after some looking around i found it contacts the all music guide (AMG), but i couldn't find anything in linux that does that. The closest thing was a wine setup of mbtagger but that requires a whole bunch of win98 dll's and for full functionality an IE install (something i refuse to do).
