Guest adventurepants Posted October 28, 2004 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 Hi, got a Dell Inspiron 8600 with a Radeon Mobility 9600 video card. Now i can get 3d working with the ATI driver, but i cannot make the native screen resolution available afterwards. (1680x1050). It means that the icons and menus become stretched on other resolutions. I have tried following many guides and sample XF86Config-4 files, but cannot get both 3d acceration and the right resolution, only one or the other. Using mandy 10 OE. Anyone got any brainwaves?
