Jza
I got a dual boot system with windows 2000 and MDK 10.0. Everytime I start in Mandrake, MDK changes my BIOS time and system time. I dont connect to the internet within Linux so I know there is not a GMT problem. I still have try it to enable it (NTP UTC) just to see if the problem got fixed. I havent got any luck eiather with that enable or disable. I keep getting to drakclock and change it each session. This has gotten a little stressing since well I usually switch a lot between OS. Can anyone tell me what to do to correct this. I have a laptop inspiron 4000 P3 at 1Ghz.
AussieJohn
You don't connect to the internet from within LINUX ??? How strange. I thought the moving to Linux was so that one would have safer and more reliable connection to the internet, free from viruses, trogans and such like. But I guess I must be mistaken. John.
