ShineDesign
Hey, I'm trying to install UT2004 in MDK10, and when it asks for the second CD it won't mount. Furthermore, the cd drive won't unmount if I ask it to (through term or by righ clicking the drive). How can I get it to unmount so that I can mount the second CD? ShineDesign
Nevermind, I fixed it. Ran from a terminal: fuser /mnt/cdrom2 It returned: /mnt/cdrom2: 6050c Ran: kill -9 6050 It closed the stupid ETERM I had open...and then allowed me to unmount. HAH! ShineDesign
By the way...tip for all you who may not know... When installing a game/application which uses multiple install cd's, have two terminals open. One to run the .sh file (or whatever it is) from, and the other to unmount the cdrom drive. For some reason, I could never unmount from the same term I started the install from. only when I opened an additional term would it let me unmount from that new term. UT2004 works awesome in linux :)
