Guest eworman Posted September 9, 2004 Report Share Posted September 9, 2004 I don't know if anyone tried to install 10.1beta from HD (I mean totally from HD, without any help of CD-ROM, Floopy, network) by downloading 3 ISO files into local hard disk, rewrite part of lilo.conf and copy some file necessary for install to HD.Actually, Mandrake official website provided detailed instructions for that kind of install before.
