feralertx Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 (edited) Hi people, Last week i downloaded MDK 10.1 alpha and havent have the time to install it yet. Soon -probably tomorrow- beta 1 will come out and I would like to download it to try it on different pcs but i wish i didnt have to download the whole 3 cd set again but just 'updrade' the 10.1 alpha one instead. I know this is possible via rsync but I tried when 10.0 beta came out and didnt work out, it just downloaded the whole cds again using rsyn, instead of upgrading them. Can anyone -who have actually done a successful upgrade this way- give me the specific steps to do it? Thanks.
