griptypethyne
I am finding the following very frustrating. When I use the man command I use page down or repeatedly press enter to go to the end of the text. However, I cannot work out how to get back to the command line. I have tried ctrl-C and esc but they do not work. My current solution is to open another terminal, which is frustrating if I then have to su and cd to get back to where I was. I have tried Google searches with keywords such as "Linux man exit" but or course the matches all tell me how I can use the man command to learn how to exit something. I am sure that the solutiion is very simple....
