I have Sis 650 embedded on board my ECS Desknote A928 ( iBuddie 4) I am a linux newbie but i guess i am doing ok though... Managed to get the HCF WinModem to work (bought license from Linuxant) on 9.2, though after i upgraded to Mandrake 10 i again installed the same driver but no workie... Now back on 9.2 sadly... BTW if ne1 knows how to make the driver work on 10 please help. They say i can have two different screens on this machine... or two screens made into one big screen... I use the tv out function a lot on Win2k... that only allows mirroring the image onto tv... but as far as i understood there are special drivers that outrun the windoze one... Help this newbie find his way :) p.s.: i never ask without searching first... i couldnt find any search results on these... Once again THANK YOU.
