/bin/sh: line 1: ./ds_1_3111_full.bin: permission denied

i dont get it,i'm logged in as the root.

if it helps im running Mandrake Linux 9.2, i have all the desktops but i am currently running KDE, if anything other info is needed to help me just ask. but it would be great if someone can help me solve this.

You need to run this command:

chmod a+x ds_1_3111_full.bin

Then you may ./ it.

If you want to install a CS1.6 server, there is a good tute here: http://jap.servicez.org/steam/install.html

And if you want to install Steam: http://www.linux-gamers.net/modules/wfsect...hp?articleid=32

For steam you will need WineX, and there is a tute on installing winex in there FAQs here: http://www.mandrakeusers.org/index.php?showtopic=10941

If you want CS 1.5 clienf on linux, just post and ill find a tute

Enjoy
