I know the C++ compiler for 10 years (was Zortech, then Symantec C++ then DM C++) and I know the programmer, Walter Bright, is very good, clever..and friendly. So the D specs and compiler must be good too. Unfortunately it's still mainly a Windows thing for now. But I know a move to Linux is planned.
