Flash: Mandrakesoft exits bankruptcy The good news continues! The Court yesterday accepted Mandrakesoft's bankruptcy exit plan as proposed by the company. As previously announced, the company reported a return to profit for the December quarter, and trading has resumed on the Euronext Marché Libre and the U.S. OTC market. Further, new capital is being raised from the subscription offering, with already ¤1 . 2million being deposited two weeks in advance of the closing date. The business is now fully back to normal operations. Mandrakesoft will release its new operating system "Mandrakelinux10.0 0fficial" in May2004 , and plans to announce in the upcoming months multiple new products for the corporate and individual markets.
