evilmrt
ok, maybe you've heard about this: http://www.jankratochvil.net/project/captive/ Its a NTFS read/write! driver for linux that is safe (?), but a bit slow as it uses wine emulation. Has anyone here tried this with MDK? How did it go?
SoulSe
Actually, NTFS write support is supported by 2.6 Linux kernels (you never use a 'driver' for something that can be built into the kernel, The Linux Bible, vs. 23:1). I built it into my kernel, but I haven't tested it yet because I have no Windows partitions on any of my machines :P
aRTee
Kernel ntfs write support can only change files on NTFS partitions, no change to the filesize is allowed... With Captive (wine+ReactOS) you can do all except links on ntfs, but it is very slow. All in all, if you can, avoid ntfs... :P
