Hi!

I tried the default and the "rescue" boots on the IBM Netfinity 9100, both hangs at

"Trying to access Mandrake Linux CDROM disk (drive CRD-8400B)"

Configuration includes an IDE CDROM on the onboard IDE, nothing on the onboard SCSI, 3 17G hd on a Raid controller card, the first 2 are RAID1 mirrors. Contiains a broken SuseLinux install (which was running for 2 years, till I screwed up the raid cofiguration after a doubled HD crash (we had 5 disks, 2 died at the same time)).

Do you see any way to install Mandrake Linux 9.0 on a server like this??

I am trying the download edition.

Thanks,

Ferenc Veres
