javabiz
Has anyone out there successfully upgraded to perl-5.8.3-5mdk.i586.rpm for Mandrake 9.2? I tried it and got a dependency list sooooo long I was afraid to install it. But without it I don't have a complete deck of cards with postgresql 7.4.1 and mysql 4.17. Is there a way to do this and still know that it will work in the end? I could put the dependencies on here--but it takes up alot of space! Any clues? bvc
Is there a way to do this and still know that it will work in the end? know?....not with cooker or cooker pkgs. If you want to try put this http://www.mandrakeusers.org/index.php?act...e=post&id=93550 in your /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg and start cook'n :D .... ....at your own risk of course! I've been cooker since 9.2 was released, in fact that's how I got 9.2. I've had very few small problems and no major.
