raysr Posted December 6, 2003 Report Share Posted December 6, 2003 (edited) I changed some things in my desktop settings and ended up with a different menu and task bar(omitted icons) All that is ok except it left out "administrator" and I can't get into "configure computer". So I thought I could get in through the welcome window "computer" but I got this error "unable to run the command specified, the file or directory file/usr/share/appink-mdk/configuration/configure your computer-desktop does not exist". raysr Posted December 7, 2003 Author Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 I had changed the menu to KDE default which doesn't have "administer your system " in it. chin808 Posted December 7, 2003 Report Share Posted December 7, 2003 try using menudrake, type it in your konsole... then you should be able to add things you want in your start menu.
