Hi there, when you type iwconfig what do you get? Does your AP have the facilty to allow/disallow MAC addresses & what about WEP. Maybe try & give it a static IP

Hi Steve, from what I can remember (PM8) you right click on the FAT32 partition within the PM window & convert to EXT32. Is this what you mean?

Yep you are right... I pressed Ctrl-Alt-F2, & indeed pressing Ctrl-Alt-F7 gets me back. A big thank you....

Hi all, I would first of all like to say hello to you all. This is my first post & I hope you can help with an easy (well easy if you know the answer) Q. I am new to MDK & learning all the time & loving it!! BUT.. now & then I get confused with the short-cut keys (ex-windoze player) & accidently kick my self out of my X session. The session is still running but I get put back to the terminal login screen. I think I press CTRL-ALT-F2 or backspace can't remember. My Q. is how do I get back into the session without rebooting (which is what I do at the mo') .. TIA
