Just installed Mandrake SNF and having trouble getting both NICS to initialize.
eth0 (realtek 8139) is the internet interface and assigned static IP
eth1 (3com 3c90x) is the admin interface, also assigned static IP.
at boot starting eth0 hangs for a while then indicates it started [OK]
next line is starting eth1 delaying eth1 initialization [FAILED]
any idea how to fix this.
I am not much of a linux nut, i ajust want to implement an all in one router/security package and having much difficulty doing so.
