It created the iso without problems, its burning it now, it's very basic, but I hope it boots, I'll tell you about it(or present it in another topic :P )

you have checked md5 sums of the cd's or did you installed mandrake with the same cd's before?

I had the same problem, but Kmix fixes the sound at the same point, every reboot, so it's too silent for my boxes, if that's not the problem, then I agree with no0tic

don't know if it works, but can't you work with sessions? ctrl alt F* key

don't know if the alt tab works, with games, with normal programs it just works fine

windows has nothing to do with linux :) so you're sure you don't have inside firewall that blocks the ports? not even your modem? aah can you post the server info log? cause I thought there was another sort of log, where you have more detailed information, don't know for sure...

Cause I think Amule gives you a low id & you need a high Idea for most servers & downloads.

Normally you should be able to connect to emule server no2 I think, don't know it sure & not advisable cause you still have low id

Hi,

I want to make a live cd , from my existing installation, I have read the F.A.Q.

When I launch mklivecd I get the follow error:

Is it the kernel version?

Now don't listen to me, cause I almost know nothing about harddisks :P but I think the rpm's is(rotation per minute?) the important part, cause it linear increases the read/write speed of you HD , I don't know if the scsi will speed it up, don't know anything about it :)

man, you're hopeless, why do you behave so arrogant, while you're the one who needs help? I asked you to post the contents of install.sh here, (open with an editor), but the only thing you do is irritating you with the fact we give you a lecture....

Reregister won't help you, you still have the same problem ;)

first of all, you're not in the position, to curse, swear here, cause you're the one who needs help, but ok at least I will stay friendly :)

you have superkaramba or karamba, cause it needs SUPER karamba, that's something different, and then, open install.sh with a editor , and paste the contents of it, (if its too big, nvm )
