  1. Hello,

I have a 'Creative Sound Blaster Live' and I was getting lately somekind of disturbed sound sometimes so I played with the 'alsamixer' and now the sound i'm getting is pretty terrible.

There's plenty of bars that I dont even get in that 'alsamixer' some even has the same and exact name.

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this, maybe to reset the driver or something.

    Thank you.

  4. Actually plf has the latest version of Apollon surprisingly. Usually it takes longer for the latest version to be available in rpm, but this time they jumped on it.

I think you're mistaken, the latest version is 1.0b1 to clear things up.

But I was wondering if someone could help me with the compile error I don't want to start installing rpm's everytime there's a little problem with a source.

I'm a man of the source :afro:

    Any help is appreciated

  6. Hello,

I'm using MDK10 Official I just installed cedega 4 and at the begining when I runned games like Half Life and Wacraft and it wasn't running even close to how it was running on windows I was like ok it will never run like it did back in windows but then I found out that even Starcraft a 2d game that requires what 300Mhz or something wont even run smoothly.

Anyone had this kind of problems and can there be solved? because i'm currently really dissapointed from cedega.

    ---

    LuNaTiC.

  7. I jsut tried changing ports and it didn't do any good.

About the modules Could you show me how to load/unload them?

And I was thinking: Is it possible to check if linux has identified the USB ports as high speed or not, this could help knowing if the problems comes from the linux or the software although I don't think its' the software because it worked fine with Red Hat.

  8. Hello,

I have an High Speed USB2 port but whenever and when I connect my device to it, it still transfer at the old USB speed, back in Red Hat and windows it used to worked fine.

    How can I fix this?
