  1. Added to our MDE repo a new rpm, so now theres aMule for those p2p fanatics java script:emoticon(':D')
  2. Please run drakrpm-edit-media and see if that local media isnt created, its there :) That error in the past didnt appeared when creating local repos, but for some unknown reason (one more...) mandriva developers thought this was a good idea (?!). This error only appears when creating local repos because you didnt add an hdlist but in fact also isnt needed a hdlist for a local repo, you can still create it, but isnt necessary.
  3. i have just uploaded new kdebase and kdenetwork, but remember that this new kde rpms are based in a new qt3 release that we made. I also note that qt3, akode and kvirc were moved from http://www.mde.djura.org/2006.0/RPMS/kde-3.5.0/ to http://www.mde.djura.org/2006.0/RPMS So now in folder kde-3.5.0 only exists kde packages. Im doing the rest of packages and will be uploaded as soon i get them all done.
  4. http://www.mde.djura.org/10.2/RPMS/ look again <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ah so its a 10.2 package, for that i need more detials else isnt possible to help.
  5. New kdelibs done based in new qt3 release, the rest of kde modules will be done/upgraded during the rest of the day. Dont forget to first install new MDE qt3 release.
  6. If you in a console man urpmi you will see how you can do it, its very easy.
  7. New kdelibs and kdebase available that now support GL, the rest of kde modules will be available in next days. Good 2006
  8. New kdelibs and kdebase available that now support GL, the rest of kde modules will be available in next days. Good 2006
  9. The problem was wih mythtv from plf that was build with old Mesa-5.1 not with MDE mythtv
  10. Its simple, as i remember we do MDE rpms including xorg, so for kde made for mandriva2006 i have replaced the kdebase mesa requires for xorg_mesa. However libxorg_MesaGLU1 also provides lib_MesaGLU1 so the problem isnt there. The problem is due you have installed a new Mesa (xorg_mesa), and for what i see mythtv0.18.1-20050618.5plf requires a mesa file that is from the old Mesa-5.1. Why you still use the old Mesa 5.1? We do and use MDE rpms, thats why we say/advise/recommend in our site the required repositorys to all installs and executions go smoothly. As i remember we do have mythtv in our MDE repository... that is build with our good MDE stuff.
  11. Devries from where did you get the idea that im from brasil? Im from Portugal, the ancient center of the world, who discovered the rest of the world, remember Vasco da Gama, Pedro Alvares Cabral, Diogo Cão, right? :) Happy new year for all you MDE users
  12. New kvirc available, please remember that this new kvirc now uses a cvs date versioning system, so kvirc-3.2.0.99 is bigger than kvirc-3.2.0-2005. you have to first remove installed kvirc to be able to install latest. Im gg to do a new kde release since i have managed to fix some things but it will only be available next year, till then a good 2006 entrance :)
  13. You know that you can still download the rpms files into your hard drive and then create an urpmi local repository and then install files from that local repo, right???
  14. Where the hell you got the idea that specs were taken from pclinux?!?
  15. New arts available, and is coming a new complete kde new release.
  16. In first place there arent any install problems, you chould clarify users that you only fix these packages regarding when doing an upgrade from 3.4.2 to 3.5.0, because instalation is working just fine, and as you know many times when doing updagrades it happens that the lde config files stay damaged causing for example that appears menus in double for example in konquueror, kmix and other. So still the best thing to do is to remove/uninstall the previous kde before install kde-3.5.0
  17. New kdebase, kdenetwork with new kopete-0.12 now fixed, kdemultimedia, kdegraphics, kvirc, and kdepim will be next. Now theres nothing crashing due to arts :)
  18. New arts and kdelibs uploaded, the rest of the kde modules will be done tomorrow :)
  19. My apologies, i thought i had upload it but i see that for some reason i forgot :)
  20. We have only made kde for arch x86_64 for mandrake10.1 and i dont know if we are going to do it again. About sources we havent so far put them public due to some reasons but we are thinking put them available in some days.
  21. Finally new kdelibs and kdebase with new fixes. Remember that now there is a new packaging policy that includes a wrapper that can enable the user to instal all kde module packages, yet you can still install the packages you want, for that just dont select/install the suite package.
  22. All requires and conflicts fixed, new improvements, check at usual place http://www.mde.djura.org/ When installing kde, dont forget to add the repositories plf and contrib like explained in our kde web page. I have seen severall post saying that requires this and that, and that the install isnt possible, if you read our web page you would understand why and how to do it. Thanks for your patient. greetings, MDE Team (Mandriva Enhanced Developers - Thac & Zé)
  23. To announce that today the mirros will be with no kde rpm files because we are building kde-3.5.0-1.pre and also because the last packages had some conflicts. These conflicts were caused by the last rpms, because they were changed to that way all kde rpms have the same packaging policy and there were some problems to resolve, we are only humans :) We ask for your patience, but probably tomorrow the new kde will be released. greetings,
