i can't start the DVD, i just installed ML 10 and everytime i try to start i get this error message

"Error reading NAV packet"

i'm a newbie and this is my first Linux OS, please help

guys this is my first time using linux and i've installed ML 10

i'm not getting any sound output, i'm using a7nx8 board, i go to property and it shows the nforce but i'm not getting sound, please help
