IBOOK RADEON 7500 Mobility Problems installing

Ive had some success but still have some problems the X windows works but the screen keeps flickering. Not sure if its the kernel or the video card.. Any help would be appreciated. -
Hi, Ive tried force-fbdev, I've tried 2 different kernels (BEN-H kernel) the original MANDRAKE kernel, and I am unable to get the X Server working. Console works. I've tried using the same configuration that works with yellowdog and the screen just crashes. and nothiong shows I've tried using XF86config and all i get is a red screen but nothing loads.. I've tried recompiling Xwindows to the new version of 4.3.0 And I still have the same problem. I was wondering if anyone has had success in installing this on an IBook G3, ATI Radeon 7500 Mobility 900 MHZ Please help as i've been at this for hours.
