sorry for being late at the party. just some usefull/useless info. when you do urpmi, the files get downloaded to /var/cache/urpmi/partial There they stay till the all requested files are downloaded. Only then, they get transfered to /var/cache/urpmi/rpms from where they get installed. so, for whoever finds this intersting, you always can copy them to another location before they get deleted. Ofcourse, you have to watch them all the time, which is not very practical. just a note for who is interested, that's all . cheers
