My bios does not allow boot from cd

my computer does not boot from cdrom and i tried to boot from a floppy disk but it will not let me, use the packages from the second cd. this is very annoying as i cannot install games/ openoffice.og and kppp i am trying to install mandrake linux 9.1 please help email me if you want @ simon@armscottage.fsnet.co.uk
