Yes it has. But watch out. Sites such as Youtube do not play some content on firefox 3.6

Other sites like box10 (which my kids like) play on 3.5.8 but not on 3.6

I've noted a lot of flash problems all when mine upgraded, certain sites stopped working, or crashed firefox.
