Right clicking on Folder gives a menu for selecting Total in View Columns (as well as some other other choices such as Icon Size etc.). Ticking this choice is not saved and has to be redone each time KMail is reopened. Suggestions Please, since this was not a problem in Kmail in 2008-Spring. Cheers. John.
