tyme
it's been around for a while, and it's one kernel release behind ATM. (2.4.20 vs. 2.4.21). being that it comes from the NSA, I don't really trust it myself ;-)
jlc
it's been around for a while, and it's one kernel release behind ATM. (2.4.20 vs. 2.4.21). being that it comes from the NSA, I don't really trust it myself ;-) I remember looking at it about a year or two ago, but I never didn't anything will it. Lately I've seen a Gentoo & Debian box running the kernel allowing anyone to login as root and see how far you can get. I like the idea and as much as I can learn about security the better! I think the NSA is full of spys. I must say I would like to work for them though. Michel
There is another option ....: http://www.openwall.com/Owl/ don't think it uses the NSA-kernel....but you have to check. I read some about their changes: I believe they try to prevent buffer overflows..... Maybe it interests you...
