Mandriva backup utility [solved]

Ok, so I can't get the .backupignore files to work with mandriva's backup utility. It keeps backing up my user tmp directories, which is bad, because they're large and useless. So, first thing I tried was created a .backupignore file in the /tmp directory, that was simply:

*

But it still tried to backup the tmp directory. So then I created a .backupignore file on /, containing:

/root/tmp/*
/home/urza9814/tmp/*

But it's still backup my my tmp directories. And it is set to use .backupignore files in the configuration. Any suggestions on how to do this?

edit:

Ah, nevermind. I had to put it in the /root and /home/urza9814 directories.
