Guest budgee
Howdy Are the keyboard shortcuts in "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts" hard coded, or can add to them? Quanta uses Kate Part as it'd editor, and while Kate Part does have a "Toggle Insert" Shortcut option associated with the INS key, Quanta does not. Quanta on my Mandrake 9.1 install is stuck in overwrite mode, and pretty useless! Any ideas? Ciao
gregor
Are the keyboard shortcuts in "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts" hard coded, or can add to them? You mean? Settings -> Configure Editor It seems you can't configure this. Here it is stuck in insert mode.
Guest budgee
Well both really... Both have the option to change certain shortcuts...
Guest budgee
This e-mail just came from the Quanta People! ------------------------------------- Subject: Re: New: Quanta doesn't have "Settings" -> "Configure Shortcuts" -> "Toggle Insert" asin Kate, render editor unusable Hi, The bug has been already fixed (see #56382), but unfortunately it was noticed only after the 3.1.1 release. Good news is that the 3.1.1 release on our sourceforge site has the fix. Download from there and recompile. Andras
