Urza9814 Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 Ok, so I won't go into WHY I did this, but I seem to have removed the kernel-source-2.6.17.13mdv package from my main computer. And it seems ndiswrapper won't start without this package. But I can't urpmi it, because I have no internet, because ndiswrapper won't start. AussieJohn Posted August 17, 2007 Report Share Posted August 17, 2007 (edited) If I remember correctly, that particular kernel-source version is on the Mandriva-Spring Install DVD or cdrom sets. Just put in the dvd and search through itt. it should be there. Cheers. John. I just checked my dvd and a kernel-source-stripped is there. I think that will do the job for what you want.
