Gul Dukat
Something went wrong on my desktop, I can't exactly pinpoint the cause and I managed to get everything back up and running. Except for a small detail. On my desktop I have a few icons. Also some of the standard icons, which are installed bij Mandriva 2006. Now when I double-click on the icon Home AmaroK opens and starts to play my music. But I would prefer it when I can change it back to its default, when it opens my /home with Konqueror. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.
chalex20
Open the KDE control center. Find "File associations" there. You need "inode/directory" associations. Find "Amarok" in "Applications Preference Order" list (it must have been the very first entry), and either move it down or remove it altogether. Find "Konqueror" in the same list and move it so that it be upmost.
Gul Dukat
Thanks chalex20. The first thing I checked were the "File associations", but I couldn't find the right entry. But with your help, my problem is solved. Thanks again. Edited December 15, 2005 by Gul Dukat
