lrsach01 Posted November 6, 2005 Author Report Share Posted November 6, 2005 Scarecrow, Thanks for all the help...but...I went ahead and fixed it the "windows" way. I re-installed my OS. Yes....the tired and true method of deleting your operating system and doing a fresh install worked. This being the case, I OVBIOUSLY made some sort of error that killed k3b's ability to burn dvds. i don't know what it was, but I'm betting I updated something I ddin't need to update. Anyway, thanks again for all the help. I've bookmarked that page with firmware updates just in case. I'm not proud of the way I did it, but at least its fixed. On the brightside, with Mandriva, I took me all of 30 minutes to go from install to fully working again....never goes that fast with windoze. :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
