Problem with KDE desktop

I often VNC from a W2K machine to my Mandrake linux server, when the desktop is set to use GNOME, I have no problem, but if the desktop is set to use KDE, it hung with an hour glass in blue screen.

 

Here is what I got from /var/log/mdkkdm.log
