Helix player vs real player 10

I'm trying to view real media files made with real producer 10, but helix doesn't play them. I can hear embedded media that was made with older versions of real producer though...

 

what's the deal with that? How can we hear newer real player files in linux?

after trying to install real player 10 I get this message:
