Canam97
I followed the directions on another thread and added my old windows(ntfs) drive. My fstab reads: /dev/hdb1 /mnt/windows ntfs defaults, noatime,ro 0 0 It mounted it fine and I can access in root console. When I try to access it in my user account it is locked. I went to /mnt/windows folder with root console and attemted to give access to all users but it told me it couldnt be done because of a java file in one of the directories. Is there a way to complete this without going thru each folder on the ntfs drive and changeing access on the ones it will allow? on the permissions page the user was root and the group was root. the three drop down above that were user read and access, group forbidden, other forbidden. Let me know if you need additional information or any solutions. Thanks a bunch for all who have insight
