I don't think so, unless you provide more info about what environment you have now in mdk10.1 and what did you have in mdk10.0. 'who' prints information about users who are currently logged on, so if in Mdk10.0 no users where "logged on" `who` couldn't show who was --loged on-- your system. That uses(ed?) to happen with environments like KDE (in runlevel 5) which is started and hence run in a non-loggin environment. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
growler Posted December 18, 2004 Author Report Share Posted December 18, 2004 aru, Thanks for the reply. Both of my boxes run normal graphical KDE desktops, from KDM ( I think) logon screen.
