Guest CdrTostada
I have downloaded all 3 disks and they are shown as a winrar file. I had heard that I am supposed to burn the winrar files to disk, so that is what I did. I burned them as a regular data disk. The computer I am trying to install mandrake on recognizes the files as files that need to be burned. So I ended up trying to mount them on a virtual drive, but during the install you cant use a virtual drive. So I put the disks into the drive during the install and it said that they disks were not mandrake install disks. I am wondering if I am burning the disks correctly and If I am why does the computer not recognize them as install disks?
partrick
those are iso files, you cshould burn them directly as image. if you burn them as regular data disk, it will still one file in the CD.
