Guest redleaf
Hi, Just managed my first Linux installation. The install went fairly smoothly. However, not everything is up and running. When I tried to access the internet using Mozilla (default installed), it tells me that "http is not a registered protocol". How do I get around this? Thanks HG honggiep@yahoo.com
feralertx
That sounds quite weird to me, might be a faulty mozilla installation (?), why dont you try to uninstall it, and then install it again (you can do this via software management at the Mandrake Control Center). Guest redleaf
Thanks. That helped. Got firefox up and running. However, where can I find the firefox icon to add to the toolbar?
feralertx
Thanks. That helped. Thats great, you're welcome mate. where can I find the firefox icon to add to the toolbar? You'll find it in '/chrome/icons/default' under the directory where you have installed it, for example my icon is at: /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox-0.9.1/chrome/icons/default/default.xpm
