Question :- Have you asked Bigpond to send you a replacement CDROM?? I suppose they do not have spare copies because the CDROM is normally supplied with the modem kit package. If they won't or can't then I'll do a clone copy for you from my CDROM ( hope Bigpond has no objection to this, I couldn't imagine they would since it is only of use to anyone they supply the 530 modem to and who are already their customers) and send it to you.
