Guest chrishickman
How do I do this? I installed xmms-shn from livna (yeah, I know it's a Fedora package, but I couldn't find a MDK one), and everytime I double-click an .shn, it pulls up a window that asks me to select the app. In Fedora, I would just right-click and associate the file type with the program of my choosing, but I can't see to find that with right-click in KDE nor in the XMMS options. Can anyone help? Thanks! Chris
brancalessio
Hi! Usually with KDE one right-clicks on the icon of the file, then chooses "modify file type". Here you can set the application that opens that file type by default... Let me know!
Guest chrishickman
How bizarre...it's not on the right-click menu but is on the toolbar under "Edit". Thanks! Chris
