Store one line at a time in array - Bash

I have a file and in each file there is a link on each line. I need to read each line one at a time and then store each line in an array. I need to do this all in Bash. I have been doing lots of searching and have found out how to read one line at a time but not store it in an array. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
