eztap Posted January 19, 2004 Report Share Posted January 19, 2004 Hello, I am trying to install Mandrake on an old Sun Sparc Server 10….. Are there any docs that will help me with this…. I have installed it once and all went well, ran the box for a few days packed it up to move… When I set the computer up at the new house ( a few months latter) I realized I forgot my login information, silly me. . I tried to re-install and get as far as the part where I need to define the partitions. This is where I start having problems, I tell it to remove all partitions and set the new ones up but it just uses the free space on the hard drive, witch is not much, and can not install enough to run the system. I could really use some expert help here in getting this thing to remove all the partitions and format the ENTIRE disk not just the free space….
