RigidKnife Posted January 17, 2004 Report Share Posted January 17, 2004 (edited) So how the screen resolution on the boot screen and command line (when Xserver isn't loaded) is not set to the same size as my Xserver. I have a laptop thats native resolution is 1024x768, and when it boots it looks like its 800x600. Its not a problem, it still loads and runs fine, just annoying. Any one have any ideal? Also how can I change the login screen so I can customize it? EDIT I figured it out, the display bios setting on the laptop was changed from LCD to CRT.
