methinks class action suits should already have started all over the world (I am correct in thinking this does not only consern America, am I not?); with such a vast and faithful community I would have assumed SCO would be over its ears already with lawsuits. As of yet, it is only a select handful of companies.

Of course, one perfectly good reason for this would be:

1) Capital

2) Time: to take the time to get well-organised and prepared, knowing this is a case Linux cannot afford to loose.

Anyhow, it IS refreshing news about SCO for a change (anyone here ever wanted to put McBride&Co a sock in their mouths?)

The real issue with SCO is the computer media's slavish repetition of every press release no matter how ridiculous being victimised by a well-orchestrated plot by SCO to keep this issue front and center. Without this coverage, the SCO issue would die on the vine because by the time it reaches the courts everyone will have forgotten all about them.
