However, the opensource chromium browser is still beta, but very usable, and stable. And very fast, as well. I'm toying with the opensource chromium under ArchLinux with very few issues, currently. For me Chrome/Chromium have been far more stable and far more responsive than Firefox or Oper, be it on Windows or Linux. The builds for Linux are considered unstable yet they run rings around Firefox and Opera, so much so that the Chromium Daily Builds from the Ubuntu PPA is my default browser! Here's the 64-bit repo urpmi.addmedia -v google64 http://dl.google.com/linux/rpm/stable/x86_64 however it doesn't contain a google-chrome rpm. AFAIK, there's not a 'working' 64-bit available from google code yet. You may find one somewhere that someone has independently compiled and packaged, I'm not sure. I will say Chrome/Chromium does indeed runs circles around Firefox and Opera on my 64bit system. Frankly it is not even close in terms of speed and stability(at least in Firefox's case).
