xboxboy
Hi guys. I've updated to KDE4.2 and so far it feels snappier and more polished. Unfortunately when I open dolphin it opens in fullscreen mode, which is a real pain as I then cant simply use the minimize/maximise/close buttons. I've looked around but can't see how to change this. Any help most appreciated. [moved from Software by spinynorman]
Artificial Intelligence
Try see if you can change that in Dolphin Settings ---> Configure Dolphin

xboxboy
Found a solution. Courtesy: http://groups.google.com/group/iitdlug/bro...7d350e6547225ec I'm guessing you're using compiz. This actually is a problem with compiz+qt4combination. Here's how you can resolve this open compizconfig manager. scroll down to utilities section and look for 'workarounds'. uncheck the very first option 'Legacy window fullscreen support'. I found it wasn't just dolphin that was opening in fullscreen. Can we tagged as [solved]?
