Guest chino
hi. Lastnigth i tried to burn (copy) a vcd movie. But gnome toaster, gcombust and k3b were anable to detect the original cd... I think, like a audio cd, video cd's doesn't mount. So, how can i copy a music cd or a movie if /mnt/cd can't read the cd content? Thank.
jlc
"cdrdao" should do the trick. http://cdrdao.sourceforge.net/index.html http://www.benhnd.uklinux.net/cdburningdao.html
chris z
along with cdrecord, you should also check if you have cdrdao & mkisofs installed, especially for k3b. and, also for k3b, you need ide-scsi emulation enabled. here's a good "how to" on setting up k3b: http://www.jennings.homelinux.net/k3b.html there's also another good tute on k3b in the forum's faq section: here Chris
