Steve Scrimpshire
I put Limewire on my system and because of my eclectic taste in music, I constantly get 'Need more sources' and even after a download starts, it'll interrupt my download and bump me to like 6th in line. Are there alternative networks that have a larger user-base?

iphitus
There is GTK-GNutella but is a little slow to search but the best for me has been WinMX running through wine. WinMX is not only fast, has a huge amount of users, but has an excellent multi source download that has never corrupted a file for me. It runs perfectly in Wine and i highly reccomend it www.winmx.com James

scoopy
It does? /me apt-gets lopster Don't you mean --- /me urpmi lobster ??? I think you need to find one of those server files that ends with .wsx and copy those servers into whatever is used by lobster. You may be able to find one of these in someone's shared stuff with whatever p2p app you got. You may find more info here: http://forums.winmxcommunity.com/viewtopic...php?t=2831#2831 As for my favorite at the moment --- overnet or edonkey2000, both run on same gui front end. I think all the networks have been hurt with the current scare tactics being used by the RIAA.

Just trying to keep things on track here.
